Clarification Text for Security Cameras
According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), NSC BILISIM HIZMETLERI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI (“Hereinafter referred to as ‘NSC Soft’.”) is defined as the data controller due to the processing of your personal data. According to Article 10 of the Law titled “Obligation of Disclosure,” data controllers are obliged to inform the natural persons whose personal data they process on certain issues.
This text has been prepared by NSC Soft to ensure compliance with the legislation and to be transparent and accountable.
Related Person: As you are a former employee of our company, and therefore we process some of your personal data, you are defined as the related person under the law.
Data Controller: The data controller is [NSC Soft], which determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
A total of 15 security cameras located at the service area, including the entrance doors, building entrance, building exterior façade, floor corridors, parking lot, stairs, meeting rooms, storage entrance, and visitor waiting lounge within our service building, record footage for the purpose of ensuring building security, and the recording process is monitored by the administrative affairs unit.

To Whom and For What Purpose Your Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred to relevant authorities upon request within the scope of KVKK Art. 28/1 without the need for your explicit consent and without the obligation of disclosure.
In addition, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions (such as ministries) as specified by the law, upon request in circumstances explicitly stated in the law, within the purposes and limitations set forth in the law.
Except for legal obligations that do not require the obligation of disclosure and your explicit consent, your personal data is not transferred.
Methods of Obtaining Your Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained automatically by entering our premises within the camera’s field of view and through the camera.
Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Related persons must initially submit their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller.
According to the law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- If your personal data is processed, to request information regarding this
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad
- If your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request correction
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist
- To request the notification of the processes made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems
- To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
Method of Application to the Data Controller
You can submit your application:

- With a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to the kep address: [email protected]
- By sending an email to [email protected] if your email address is registered in our system
Your application must include:
- Your name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing
- Your Turkish Republic identification number if you are a citizen of Turkey, or your nationality, passport number, or identification number if you are a foreigner
- Your residential or workplace address for notification purposes
- Your email address, telephone, and fax number, if any, for notification purposes
- Your request
Additionally, any relevant information and documents related to your request should be attached to the application.
NSC Soft reserves the right to verify your identity.
