According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), NSC BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Hereinafter referred to as ‘NSC SOFT’”) is defined as the data controller due to the processing of your personal data. According to Article 10 of the Law titled “Obligation to Inform,” data controllers are obliged to inform individuals whose personal data they process about certain matters.

This text has been prepared by NSC SOFT to comply with the legislation and to be transparent and accountable.

Data Subject: You, who visit our website with the domain name [nscsoft.com] and contact us through our contact form and whose personal data we process for this reason, are defined as the data subject by the law.

Data Controller: The data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data related to you, and responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system, is [NSC SOFT].

Personal Data Processed According to Processes, Purposes of Processing, and Legal Reasons

  • For the Purpose of Conducting Communication Activities, Conducting / Supervising Business Activities (Obtaining the messages you sent)
  • KVKK Article 5/1: Based on your explicit consent (We obtain your personal data based on the explicit consent you have given under the contact form.)
  • For the Purpose of Conducting Storage and Archiving Activities (Storing the messages you sent)
  • KVKK Article 5/2(f): Based on the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (We store your personal data based on the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.)

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data can be transferred to the relevant authorities without the obligation to inform and without seeking your explicit consent if requested within the framework of KVKK Article 28/1.

Apart from this, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data can be transferred to public institutions (such as Ministries) specified by law if requested in cases explicitly stated in the laws, within the purposes and limitations stipulated by the law.

Apart from legal obligations that do not require the obligation to inform and do not require your explicit consent, your personal data is not transferred.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Data subjects must first communicate their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller.

 According to the Law, regarding your personal data:
 a) To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
 b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
 c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
 d) To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether at home or abroad,
 e) To request correction of your personal data if they are incompletely or incorrectly processed,
 f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist,
 g) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
 h) To object to any result that is to your detriment through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
 i) To request compensation for the damages if you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

 

Method of Application to the Data Controller

You can submit your application:

  • To the kep address [email protected] with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature;
  • By sending an email to [email protected] using the same email address if your electronic mail address is registered in our system.

In your application, it is mandatory to include:

  • Your name, surname, and if the application is in writing, your signature,
  • Your Turkish Republic ID number for Turkish citizens, or your nationality, passport number, or if any, your identity number for foreigners,
  • Your residence or workplace address for notification purposes,
  • If any, your email address, telephone, and fax number for notification purposes,
  • Your request subject,

along with any related information and documents, if any.
