In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), NSC BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“hereinafter referred to as ‘NSC SOFT’“) is defined as the data controller due to its processing of your personal data. According to Article 10 of the Law, titled “Obligation to Inform,” data controllers are obliged to inform the individuals whose personal data they process on certain matters.

This text has been prepared by NSC SOFT to comply with legislation and to ensure transparency and accountability.

Definitions

According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698:

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;

Processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on personal data, such as collecting, recording, storing, maintaining, altering, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of data, fully or partially by automatic means, or by non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system;

Relevant person refers to the natural person whose personal data is processed;

Data controller refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, and is responsible for establishing and managing the data recording system;

Obligation to Inform refers to the obligation of the data controller or the person authorized by the data controller to inform the relevant persons about the identity of the data controller, the purposes for which the personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data can be transferred, the method and legal reason for collecting personal data, and the other rights listed in Article 11 of the Law at the time of collecting personal data;

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained through automated methods by visiting our website.

To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities without an obligation to inform and without seeking your explicit consent if requested within the framework of Article 28/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Apart from this, in unforeseen circumstances, if requested, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions specified by law (such as ministries) within the scope of the purposes and limitations specified in the law.

Apart from our legal obligations without an obligation to inform and your explicit consent, your personal data is not transferred.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Relevant persons must first convey their rights regarding their personal data to the data controller.

 In accordance with the Law, regarding your personal data:
 a) To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
 b) If personal data is processed, to request information about it,
 c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
 ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
 d) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
 e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons for processing disappear,
 f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
 g) To object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
 ğ) To request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

  • If available, your email address, telephone, and fax number for notification purposes,
  • Your request subject,

are mandatory, and if any, the relevant information and documents related to the subject must also be attached to the application.
